St. Hilary won its first game of the season with a solid 19-10 victory over Academy of the Sacred Heart. The team looked much better than it did in its first outing again St. Benedict. Alice scored her first basket of the season.

Valporaiso Triathlon

I had a solid race today at Valporaiso, recording the fasted bike split of the day and winning the 45-49 age group while finishing 9th overall with a time of 1:02:17. Gregg Cromer recorded the best time of the day, completing the sprint-distance race in 58:54. Maybe next year I can slice another 3 minutes [...]
